This event is for the people and community groups of Aberdeen to connect with each other and learn how they can get more involved in their community.

Each round of workshops will cover the following:
1.1 How can we improve the health of our communities? Come and find out more about the role of a citizen researcher.
1.2 What does good community engagement look like? How do we ensure everyone has a voice and opportunity to make a difference?
1.3 Support and resources – What is available and what do we need to be more active in our communities?
This event is part of our launch of Community Planning Aberdeen’s Community Empowerment Strategy.

Lots of local buses stop on Union street and the Gallery is a short walk along Belmont Street. The closest bus stops are outside His Majesty’s Theatre, on Blackfriars Street and Schoolhill.
