Jade is the Community Development Manager for the team and has worked in Community Development for the past seven years, joining ACC from a third sector organisation following completing her CLD degree at Aberdeen University. In her free time, Jade enjoys spending time with her young family and crafting. She is particularly partial to a cup of tea and marshmallows!

Ian is the Transformation Programme Manager for Communities within the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership and co-manages the Locality Planning Team alongside Jade. Ians day-to-day job involves managing the Communities Team which includes the Public Health and Wellbeing Teams and is the lead contact for the Locality Empowerment Groups.  

Ian enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf at Newmachar Golf Club , he follows Stranraer and Manchester Utd football clubs, and is an avid reader of history books.

Graham Donald

Graham is a Community Development Officer (CDO) within the Community Planning Team. His role is around supporting partners to deliver the outcomes within the Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) and subsequently the Locality Plan (LP) within the Central Locality. Graham encourages volunteering in the community, and this is something he does where he stays, in Brechin. He is currently on Brechin City FC Committee but also ran a community cinema, helped prevent the local City Hall from closing, been an assistant football coach and assisted at a range of events too.

Jenna Bissette

Jenna is a Community Development Worker within the Community Planning Team, working closely with local people, she has been involved in some key projects including Period Poverty and some Ukranian work. Which she has thoroughly enjoyed.

Jenna is highly competitive, she spends a lot of her free time playing racket sports. If Jenna is not down at the local beach with a dog or 5, then she is out trying the newest local food or coffee spots.

Teresa Dufficy

Teresa is the Community Development Officer for the south area and has been a community worker for over 20 years in various fields such as adult literacies and the third sector. She has also worked in family support and taught social sciences at Nescol. She lived in Torry for several years and is delighted to be back there working in the community.

Her hobbies include reading, wild swimming, cooking and running.

Katie works as a Public Health Coordinator for the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership.  I work with public services, businesses and voluntary organisations – as well as local people – to make it as easy as possible for those living in the North to be as healthy and happy as possible.

Away from work Katie enjoys exploring new places (preferably far flung, sunny ones), doing chin ups in parks and coercing my loved ones to rollerblade down the boulevard with me.

Chris is an Advanced Public Health Coordinator covering the Central Locality.  Chris has worked in public sector for 20 years in areas such as Community Learning, Education, Employability and Health and Social Care. Over these years Chris has developed an appreciation for a dry sense of humour. 

Kev Donald

Kev has worked within communities as a community musician and community worker for over 30 years , Kev has enjoyed seeing people and groups develop their skills and confidence.

Kev has 3 children and 3 grand children.  Most of his free time is taken up by his youngest, football daft son, taxi service for son to golf, gardening and mountain biking.
