We are delighted to announce that the refreshed Aberdeen City Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) 2016-26 and three Locality Plans for North, South and Central have been approved!

Scottish Fire and Rescue Service – Shaping Our Future Service – Your Say
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) is holding a public pre-consultation exercise titled ‘Shaping Our Future Service: Your Say’. The survey is open until 30 June 2024.
You will find more information via the SFRS website and online information pack.
Shaping Our Future Service: Your Say – Scottish Fire and Rescue Services – Citizen Space
This is the first stage in the SFRS’s engagement with communities, staff, representative bodies, partners, and elected members as we consider changes to the emergency service we deliver across Scotland.
As a Service, we want to do more for our communities – not just by responding to emergency incidents but by stopping them from happening in the first place.
The types of incidents we respond to and the risk facing Scotland’s communities have changed. To make sure we have the right resources in the right place at the right time we need to change too.
At the same time, some of our ageing buildings are also no longer fit for purpose and require urgent action to make them safer and more suitable. We want to address those challenges and free up or redistribute our resources to invest in other areas such as training, innovation and prevention.
Your Neighbourhood, Your City, Your Plans: Engagement Results
Thank you for taking part in our engagement. Between 5 October – 6 November 2023, we asked residents of Aberdeen to tell us “what matters to you” to help inform our refreshed Citywide Local Outcome Improvement Plan and Locality Plans.
The results of our engagement exercise, based on the Place Standard tool, are being considered by Community Planning Aberdeen and our Locality Empowerment Groups and Priority Neighbourhood Partnerships in developing the refreshed Plans. Read the outcome of the engagement below:
