5 Ten Year Outcomes

The vision within our Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) is for Aberdeen to be “a city where everyone can thrive, regardless of background or circumstance”.  At the heart of this is a commitment to tackling poverty and inequality and supporting the city’s people to live healthy lives.

We have 5 Ten Year Outcomes (TYO) and 5 System Changes to help us achieve that vision.

Our 5 Ten Year Outcomes break down our overall vision into five themes: Children, Families and Lifelong Learning; Economic Stability; Communities and Housing; Neighbourhood and Environment; and Health and Social Care. These themes are delivered into manageable thematic programmes of work.
