Understanding Data and Measurement for Improvement Masterclass

This workshop introduces measures for improvement, including outcome, process and balancing measures, and how to use data for learning rather than performance management.

System Change Leadership Course

This course develops leadership capability for whole-system change, focusing on working across boundaries, navigating complexity, influencing without authority and leading adaptive change. Rapid Testing Using PDSA Cycles Masterclass

Assessing Evidence and Conducting Evaluation
