How Your Feedback Shaped Our Plans
You Said, We Did
The Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) 2026–36, the Children’s Services Plan 2026–31, and the Locality Plans for North, South and Central have been shaped by feedback from people and organisations across Aberdeen.
The consultations on the draft Plans were held in February to March 2026 See the consultation reports below. Consultation showed strong support for the overall direction of the plans. However, it also highlighted important concerns about delivery, including resources, clarity, and whether the proposed changes can be achieved.
We have listened to this feedback and refined the plans to make them clearer, more focused, and more deliverable.
The sections below shows how your feedback has helped shape the vision, priorities and actions in the final plans.
