Together with our Locality Empowerment Groups and Priority Neighbourhood Partnerships we are refreshing the City’s Local Outcome Improvement Plan and our Locality Plans for North, South and Central. See our timeline below.
Community Planning Aberdeen, along with our Locality Empowerment Groups and Priority Neighbourhood Partnerships have gathered and analysed data, as well as feedback from our engagement with citizens (see below) to develop the refreshed Local outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) and Locality Plans for North, South and Central to ensure the refreshed Plan reflect our priorities for Partnership working based on our understanding of what is important to communities.
Thank you for your views on our draft Refreshed Plans
We consulted on the draft refreshed Local Outcome Improvement Plan 2016-26 and Locality Plans between 5- 25 February. The consultation gave all citizens the opportunity to comment on the draft Plans before they are considered by the Community Planning Aberdeen Board on 29 April 2024. Our Groups used the consultation responses to inform the final draft Plans before submission. The consultation reports can be viewed below:
Thank you for taking part in our engagement. Between 5 October – 6 November 2023, we asked residents of Aberdeen to tell us “what matters to you” to help inform our refreshed Citywide Local Outcome Improvement Plan and Locality Plans. The results of our engagement exercise, based on the Place Standard tool, are being considered by Community Planning Aberdeen and our Locality Empowerment Groups and Priority Neighbourhood Partnerships in developing the refreshed Plans. Read the outcome of the engagement below:
Between 23 and 29 January 2024, we held five stakeholder sessions on our thematic proposals for economy, children and young people, adults, place and community empowerment. You can view the presentations and notes from the sessions at the links below.
We encourage all Aberdeen residents to get involved in the next stage of the development of the refreshed Plans. If you are interested in getting involved please get in touch with us below.
